The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Gunslinger Consumer Agreement

Returns and Exchange Policy 


Bandera is a darlin' little town...easy to get around...and most of our customers are either locals who can come on back within three days, or tourists who are just passin' through. Therefore, we like for you to make your returns or exchanges with original receipt within three days for store credit only.

If you're ordering online, here's the lowdown: We are a specialty boutique and not a catalog, custom items--made specifically for you--are NOT returnable. If you are not satisfied with an item, you have TEN DAYS from receipt to return it to us. You simply pay the shipping back to Gunslinger and you can

1) exchange your item based upon availability

2) receive a store credit

3) get a full refund, after the item has been inspected to make sure it is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with price tag in place.

Cowboy boots cannot have scratches on the please try them on with a rug underfoot! Original shipping expense will not be reimbursed. Furniture requires a 15% restocking fee. If you were lucky enough to get a gift purchased from Gunslinger but you are not happy with it, you may exchange it for another item or store credit plus shipping. Once again, custom products CANNOT be returned. 

If you need to return an item, please follow these instructions: Email Melissa with your item description and reason for return at or call 830.796.7803 to receive your Return Authorization Number. Include the original receipt, the written email and the RA number with the return merchandise. In fact, put it under your return address on the package so we know it's a return and that it needs our immediate attention. Carefully wrap the item and ship it pre-paid and insured, because it will be inspected to make certain it is not damaged, broken, unused, unworn, and in its original condition upon receipt. We also can't be responsible for lost, mishandled, or stolen packages. We will let you know we've received it within ten days and process your return request.
